Rudolf Steiner .... smoooooth architecture!

Came across this architect while watching the-restoration-man one night. His name is Rudolf Steiner and his buidings are odd shaped for the typical building.

I was particularly drawn to his Goetheanum buildings. I like the smooth continuous lines, reminds me of he smooth oval shapes I'm working on at the moment in ceramics. Although I like the idea he had for the staircase in the building, supported by pillars that were carved as creature's legs...... 


Maybe I should just stick legs on everything eh?!

Narrative Project

Ok...... current plans for my narrative project are coming together....

Theme: GREED!

Since I did a baby for the head project, I decided to try incorporate that in, so was thinking greed and magpie came into my head.... they steal everything that glistens and no matter how much they have they just want more and more. The thought of stealing candy from a baby came up.... and after easter I keep thinking about eggs....................... So how about a magpie stealing a fabregée egg from a baby.... I think it's got a nice visual quality to it. I'm going to have to brainstorm the layout and scale but I really like the idea!
