Ceramic Heads for the Senses!

We've been working on our Giant Ceramic Heads the past two days and our visiting artist Christy Keeney left today, after giving us brilliant advice and lots to think about! He mentioned looking at daily things not just with your eyes but with your hands, touching and feeling things paint a different picture in your mind.... and how does that translate to clay....? Definitely something to keep in mind! Found this art exhib held last year all about senses. Bringing Francis Bacon's paintings to life and allowing visually impaired members of the public actually TOUCH and FEEL artwork on display.
