VIKTOR & ROLF
There pieces are full of volume and since my current project is on shape I think volume on a 3D surface is defines the overall shape. In some of their earlier shows they had one model on a rotating platform and just added layers to her.... I think this show is much more interesting as they start with the model wearing layers and introduce more to model each layer they take off. They edit the pieces gradually to fit the new slender shape they begin with...... by means of zips and belts..... even the design of the catwalk itself is interesting a large rotating stage with a permanent walk way around each side for the rest of the models to walk..... genius I think!

Alice & Olivia
Clothing Brand by Stacey Bendet ..... that is quirky yet inspired by vintage, like many fashion websites they have behind the scenes videos of shoots etc. I just think they film it really well, every detail down to the background track is all within theme!

SKETCHBOOK COVER
Found this handy technique to add texture to a card surface, thinking I might do this to cover my sketchbook (AKA my loose pages of ideas, sketches etc)
